Checkout itself was fine, but I do wish the payment part had gone a little faster. My card was charged without any issue, but I was left waiting longer than expected for the confirmation, which made me second-guess things a bit. Kind of wish I’d known it might take a minute. Not a huge problem, just something that could feel smoother.

I was relieved after trying it out. The site was really easy to get around, I found what I needed quickly, and the pages loaded without any issues.

I ordered a few small parts for my build, and they all lined up just right. Even the little tabs and screw holes matched like they were supposed to, so I didn’t have to mess around or make any adjustments.

My order shipped quickly and the tracking ended up being reliable. The box arrived in good shape with no issues, so I can’t really complain there. I just wish the updates had come through a little sooner, because I spent more time wondering where it was than I needed to.

I got updates when I needed them, and once it arrived, the transfer was simple. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d use them again.

I had Rainier Arms do some gunsmithing on my rifle, i’m happy with how it came out. I always second-guess stuff like this after sending it in, wondering if I should’ve waited or gone somewhere else, but the fit and finish looked clean and nothing about it felt rushed.

The turnaround seemed fair to me, and they were patient with my probably-too-many questions, which I appreciated. The rifle came back working the way it should, so yeah, I’d use rainierarms.com again.

Uh, the requirements weren’t really clear to me at first, so I had to spend a bit of extra time figuring out what paperwork was actually needed.

The description didn’t really line up with what I actually got. The specs were different than listed, my gut reaction was that something felt a bit off right away. Frustrating.

My order showed up in perfect shape, which I really appreciated. I always check the corners of the box first, and there wasn’t a single dent, crush mark, or weird bent edge anywhere. The tape was still clean and straight too, not peeling up or anything. Inside, everything was packed neatly and looked exactly how it was supposed to. No issues at all, just a smooth delivery

I stopped by the showroom expecting a smooth visit, and while the place itself looked nice enough, the whole thing just felt kind of off because the staff weren’t exactly rude but they also didn’t seem very interested in helping, so I ended up standing around waiting without really knowing who I was supposed to talk to or when I’d get an answer, and by the time I left I just felt like it was more unorganized than it should’ve been. i expected a better experience.

I’ve ordered from Rainier Arms a couple times now, and overall it’s been a solid experience. I compared their prices with a few other sites and also glanced at what other people were saying in reviews, and they seemed to line up well. They weren’t always the absolute cheapest, but nothing felt overpriced either.

Shipping was fine, everything showed up the way I expected, and I didn’t feel like I had to spend forever hunting for a better deal. Seeing other people have good experiences definitely made me feel better about ordering, and based on my own orders, I’d probably buy from them again.

I don’t remember every little detail from putting it together, but the parts definitely stood out as feeling well made. The fit was clean too — nothing felt cheap or off.

The site works fine overall, but umm, the product photos could definitely be better. Some of them are nice and clear, while others don’t really show enough angles or close-ups. It makes it a little hard to see the small details before buying. Not a terrible experience, I just wish the images were more consistent.

Shipping was okay, not terrible or anything, though I somehow expected it to be a little faster. Overall I’d say I’m impressed, even if I’m also slightly annoyed about the wait.

I did my NFA transfer through Rainier Arms, it went smoother than I expected. The staff answered all my beginner-level questions without making it too awkward, which I appreciated. The paperwork was clear enough, and once approval came through, pickup was quick. For a process that usually feels like it was designed to be annoying, they actually handled it well. I’d use them again.

I got a custom build from Rainier Arms and overall it turned out decent. The fit feels solid, and most of the parts look like they were put together cleanly, so first impression was mostly good 🙂

That said, I did notice a couple little finish marks, and the turnaround took longer than I was expecting. Nothing that totally ruined it for me, but on a custom order I was definitely hoping it would feel a bit more dialed in.

It’s shooting fine so far, and their support team did answer my questions, which I appreciated. For the price though, I just expected a little more attention to detail 😕
